Sexual health is factor to the overall health and well-being of entity, couples and families, and to the social & economic progress of communities and countries. Its viewed favourably and requires a positive and appreciative approach to sexual and sexuality relationships, as well as the hazard of having pleasing and safe sexual experiences, discrimination, free of coercion and violence.

Whereas, Reproductive health indicates to the condition of female & male reproductive systems during the life stages. It’s made of organs and hormone-producing glands. Ovaries in females and similarly testicles in males are the reproductive organs that maintain health of their individual systems. They are also part of glands because they produce and release hormones.

Female disorders include:

• Early or delayed puberty
• Endometriosis, a condition where the tissue that normally lines the inside of the womb, known as the endometrium, grows outside of it
• Infertility or reduced fertility
• Menstrual problems including heavy or irregular bleeding
• Polycystic ovary syndrome, ovaries produce more male hormones than normal
• Problems during pregnancy
• Inadequate breastmilk supply
• Uterine fibroids, noncancerous growths in a woman’s uterus or womb

Male disorders include:

• Impotence or erectile dysfunction
• Low sperm count
